The Sugarbird bird was born in 2007, somewhere over the rainbow and soaring to the present day and beyond. Sugarbird - House of Sugarbrands is a multi-brand concept: The basic starting point was not just to create one brand, but to create several brands with distinct but combinable style notes. Our online shop and our stores operate as a multi-brand stores, featuring our own brands. In addition to the brands we create ourselves, we also add guest brands that change every year, all of which are world licensing collaborations, such as the Walt Disney Company, Warner Brothers, DC Comics, Fox Studios, Frida Kahlo, or Coca Cola. All collections are designed, printed, and produced in Hungary by the Sugarbird LAB team, using only Hungarian labor with a strong focus on sustainability. The brands and collections are unique in that they all feature some form of the iconic Sugarbird bird itself, which is the brand's logo. Our own brands:Czukormadár (CZUKORMADÁR collections bring the themes of Hungarian folklore, UNESCO heritage, and tradition into the world of fashion using the unique matyó pattern and heritage traits.)Queen and the gang (The iconic Queen and the Gang collections feature pieces that embrace the basic direction coupled with graffiti and street cool style. The choice of many international celebrities.)Vegan Sugar (The first collection of House of Sugarbrands' latest brand is inspired by herbs and vegetables. Soon, another trend will be added to the thematic Vegan Sugar brand.)Sugarbird Budapest (The main direction and characteristic are that everything is about the iconic bird, the brand's logo.)Our current Guest Brands:DisneyFrida Kahlo"If I had to describe the Sugarbird brand in one word, what would it be? Candy!" - Hedvig Jagasics v. Csonka - founder and owner of the brand. We believe it is important that we raise awareness of the problems affecting the fashion industry: it is estimated that there are 168 million children aged 5-17 in the world today, working in illegal, unhealthy ways, trapped in a cycle of poverty that is constantly reproducing itself. They are the victims of child labor. Sugarbird is officially a committed supporter of UNICEF Hungary from December 2020.
