“Charge & Win!”

1. Organizer of the Sweepstakes

The organizer of the sweepstakes (hereinafter: “Game”) is Etele Plaza Üzemeltető Kft. (registered office: 1082 Budapest, Futó utca 47-53. VII. floor, company registration number: 01 09 283776, tax number: 25587348-2-42, hereinafter: “Organizer”).

2. Duration of the Game

The Game runs from October 15, 2025, 09:00 a.m. until November 2, 2025, 11:59 p.m.

3. Conditions of Participation

The Game is open to all natural persons over the age of 18 with full legal capacity who:

• have downloaded and registered in the Etele App,

• have subscribed to the event within the application during the Game period, and

• charge their electric vehicle at the charging stations located in the Etele Plaza parking lot.

Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are not eligible to participate.

4. Prizes

At the end of the Game, the owners of the 3 license plates with the highest charged kWh will each win a 20,000 HUF Etele Plaza gift card (3 prizes in total, overall value: 60,000 HUF).

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Determination of Winners

Winners will be determined by the Organizer based on the amount of charged kWh recorded during the Game. The top 3 license plates with the highest charged kWh will be declared the winners.

6. Announcement of Results and Prize Collection

Winners will be contacted by the Organizer via the contact details registered in the Etele App within 10 business days following the end of the Game.
Prizes may be collected in person at the Etele Plaza information desk, after prior arrangement.

7. Data Processing

Participation in the Game is voluntary. Participants consent to the Organizer processing their personal data (name, license plate number, contact details) for the purpose of administering the Game. The details of data processing are included in the official Privacy Policy of Etele Plaza.

8. Other Provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Game if deemed necessary.

• The Organizer shall not be held liable for any technical issues (e.g., malfunctions of the application, failures of charging stations).

• By participating in the Game, participants automatically accept these Rules.
