Euronics - soon

Vöröskő Kft., headquartered in Veszprém, was founded in Balatonfüred in 1989 and is owned by Hungarian private individuals. The company’s core activity is the retail sale of consumer electronics and the provision of related services.

The year 1994 marked a major milestone for us, not only because our turnover reached one billion forints, but also because our network, which had previously operated solely within Veszprém County, expanded beyond the county’s borders. Thanks to a deliberate and well-planned expansion strategy, we now operate 64 stores nationwide.

Today, we have grown into a nationwide network, employing more than 1,000 people within the Euronics family.

For us, the concept of a “family business” has real meaning. We have been working with many of our colleagues for decades, and our employees include married couples, siblings, as well as parents and children.

The advantage of intergenerational cooperation lies in the combination of youthful enthusiasm, dynamism, and openness with many years of experience, wisdom, and strong leadership skills. As a company, we are open to continuous learning. Alongside our long-standing employees, we have welcomed managers from several multinational companies into our management team, giving us the opportunity to learn from one another.

In 2001, we joined the Euronics international purchasing association. Under the umbrella of this organization, which operates more than 11,000 stores in 29 countries, we exclusively use the Euronics brand name and its proven know-how in Hungary, and we also take part in international promotional campaigns.
